General Manager – Centre Operations

Peninsula Leisure has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Operations Professional to join our Executive Leadership Team at Peninsula Leisure on a full-time basis, overseeing the award-winning Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) and Pines Forest Aquatic Centre in Frankston.Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager – Centre Operations will be responsible for providing strong inclusive leadership and strategic direction to department managers within the Centre Operations Team including Operations, Facility and Assets, Health and Fitness, PARC Swim, Café and Creche. This key leadership position will also be responsible for applying a business-centred approach to the operational management of Peninsula Leisure facilities and services and assisting in the development and delivery of the Company Strategic and Business Plans.This role takes up the final position within the Peninsula Leisure Executive Team, consisting of six specialist General Managers, working in a collaborative, team-based setting to build back the potential of our People, Places and Program offering, with an eye to building the next phase of our future, through strong partnerships and project possibilities.
