Café Manager

Peninsula Leisure (PL) has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Café Manager to join our leadership team at Peninsula Leisure on a full-time basis. Reporting to the General Manager – Customer Experience, this role will be responsible for the effective leadership and direction of the Peninsula Leisure Café team, and effective operations of the Café at Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre, and Kiosk at the Pines Forest Aquatic Centre.  The objective of this role is to ensure the Café at Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) and the Kiosk at Pines Forest Aquatic Centre (Pines) are led and operated in the most efficient manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, and creating and developing a positive and constructive team culture aligned with the Peninsula Leisure values of ‘We think People, We Deliver, and We Re-imagine’.The successful applicant will work closely with the General Manager – Customer Experience to ensure:leadership and direction of the Café teamcontinued improvements in turnover and profitabilityeffective management of daily operationseffective management of finances and budgetadherence to all health and safety proceduresmaintenance of health, hygiene, quality and safety standardsexceptional levels of customer service About usPeninsula Leisure is a company focused on reimagining health and wellbeing experiences to activate and engage our community.
