Our asset management portfolio currently includes Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) and Pines Forest Aquatic Centre (PINES).We are committed to providing quality sports, recreation and leisure products and services driven by the exceptional talent of our people and our courage to be unique and think differently.Role scopePeninsula Leisure is undergoing exciting strategic and cultural transformation to ensure we are positioned to deliver continued commercial and community success.  To support this new way of working we are seeking a Strategy and Innovation Specialist to lead strategy creation, design solutions and to champion initiatives that will provide a framework for achieving business goals.This is a new role within the company and will require the incumbent to:Initiate, develop and maintain a range of working relationships with workforce specialists, offering them strategic support to better leverage the experience and strengths of their teams.Support key team leaders to scout high impact ideas and opportunities and link these with solutions to drive reimagination.With a long-term ambition of creating an Innovation Hub in Frankston, the position will lead the creation of agile teams that will foster an environment for ideation and exploration.Provide direction and assistance to project teams to inspire and guide them through innovation processes.Consider the blend of commercial and community implications within all proposed innovations.Analyse effectiveness of innovative solutions created and identify scalability and commercial application.Success driversThis is a unique position providing significant influence within the business.
