PARC Swim Assistant Manager

An opportunity exists for an outstanding leader within the aquatic industry to manage, coach and inspire the PARC Swim team.  Reporting to and working closely with the PARC Swim Manager, you will be expected to have a strong level of professionalism, initiative, technical swimming knowledge and the ability to work both as a team and independently.  This position is suited to a natural leader who demonstrates the highest level of service both to our customers and staff and who has a passion to be innovative and to implement new ideas.Innovative programming ideas, fabulous teaching skills and the ability to motivate and lead a large team of individuals will be essential for success in this role.
