You will focus on:The operational delivery of strategic marketing and communication campaigns, including events that drive the business.Maximising existing digital technology and data to support and deliver enhanced customer engagement.Building positive and efficacious relationships with all stakeholders to identify, optimise and lead communication requirements.Brand management to support the achievement of company strategic direction.Annual planning and budget oversight.The position will directly lead the Marketing team and provide leadership support for the Customer team.The Incumbent A proven data-driven marketing professional with experience in customer-centric environments, you will need to demonstrate experience in capturing and using data to inform strategic direction resulting in exceptional customer experience and proven business growth.
