Junior/Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a full-time, forward thinking designer to join the Marketing team at Peninsula Leisure. You will be collaborating with a team to deliver on the ever-changing design needs of the business.This is a three month contract with an immediate start. About you:Relevant Tertiary education in design.Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role.Experience in creating and exporting digital assets for digital (i.e. Website, Facebook, Instagram, Digital signage etc.).Must be able to produce finished artwork and liaise with printers.Intermediate experience in Adobe Creative Suite - primarily Illustrator, Premiere Pro and InDesign, basic understanding of Sketch, InVision, Office 365 and Asana are desirable.Experience with Wordpress, Active Campaign, basic HTML and CSS is advantageous.Skills in copywriting, videography and photography a bonus.Strong communication skills, attentive to details, organised and able to work autonomously and collaboratively.Willing to adapt and be challenged as the business evolves. The main responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:Design and develop assets for digital and print channels, that uphold brand values.Assist the Marketing Manager to develop communication plans, promotional and brand collateral.End to end development of brand and facility collateral such as signage and onsite activations.Brief illustrators and photographers on business needs where needed.Act as a brand champion within the business applying design consistency.Progressive understanding of digital design trends and techniques. Benefits:Flexible working conditionsComplimentary Gym and Aquatic access Think you fit the role?  We would love to hear from you!This position is based in South East Melbourne. Employment is subject to completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and current Working with Children check.  Applicants must be comfortable completing CPR training.Please send your CV and a folio of your best work to showcase your skills and experience via the Apply for this Job link or directly to madeline.goodman@peninsulaleisure.com.auApplications close 24 May 2019.   Position Description 30 AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Frankston 3199
