Asset and Facility Coordinator

A sensational opportunity is currently available to join Peninsula Leisure as Asset and Facility Coordinator.  This role is full time and located in Frankston at Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC).The Asset and Facility Coordinator forms a key part of our Operations Team and the incumbent will provide strong leadership to the Maintenance department, ensuring that PARC is recognised throughout the industry, as well as internally and with members and guests, as a safe well-maintained facility with high quality staff and industry leading systems and procedures. In conjunction with the Asset Management Plan, delivering a facility that is always maintained and presented to the highest possible standard.Key qualities we are looking for include:Understanding of the operations of large multi-purpose leisure CentresExperience in Pool Plant Operations and equipment maintenanceKnowledge and understanding of water treatment and mechanical services plant operationsExperience in maintenance projectsExperience in leadership and direction to staff and contractorsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA hands-on work ethic and general maintenance skillsEmployment is subject to a satisfactory National Police check, and a current employee Working with Children check.
